PLAYA DEL CARMEN (Day 7)

We did some snorkeling in the morning. Felix, a tour guide, drove us out on a boat to the first reef, but there were breaking waves and the water wasn't super clear. But we did get to see some coral and different fish. We tried a second spot but the waves were even rougher and there were exposed rocks.

After another icy shower (in spite of the fact that it was daytime), we did some wandering about town. Eventually day turned into dusk and the town filled up from people coming off the cruise ships.
